Terms of Service

Last updated: 1 July 2026

These are the rules for using Stokked. By signing in or subscribing, you’re agreeing to them. We’ve kept it short and tried to be honest.

What Stokked is

Stokked is a family shopping list service (app and web) with an optional AI meal planner (“AI Chef”). It is operated by Stefan Crafoord-Wiklund (“we”, “us”, “Stokked”), based in Sweden. Contact: info@stokked.ai.

Your account

You need an account to use Stokked. You’re responsible for keeping your password to yourself, and for everything that happens under your account. You must be at least 13 (or 16 in the EU) to sign up. If we find out you’re younger, we’ll delete the account.

Acceptable use

Use Stokked the way it was meant to be used — for managing your household’s shopping and meal planning. Don’t:

  • Try to break, scrape, or reverse-engineer the service.
  • Use the AI Chef to generate harmful, illegal, or hateful content.
  • Share your account with non-family-members for commercial gain.
  • Spam, abuse, or harass other users in shared families.

If you do these things, we may suspend or close your account.

Stokked Plus subscription

What you get

Stokked Plus unlocks the AI Chef meal planner with unlimited meal plans, recipe generation, and shopping list automation. The free tier (manual lists, family sync, history) keeps working without a subscription.

Pricing and billing

Stokked Plus is sold on our website at the price displayed on the checkout screen. Payment is processed by Stripe. We never handle or store your card details.

Auto-renewal

Stokked Plus is an auto-renewing subscription. Your payment method is charged at the start of each period. To stop renewal, manage or cancel your subscription from your account page. Cancelling stops future renewals — your subscription stays active for the rest of the period you already paid for.

Refunds

Email info@stokked.ai and we’ll sort out a refund where appropriate.

AI-generated content

Meal plans, recipes, and other text generated by the AI Chef are produced by a large language model (Anthropic’s Claude) and may contain mistakes, bad cooking advice, allergen oversights, or just weird suggestions. Always use your judgment — especially with allergies, dietary restrictions, food safety, and ingredient handling. Stokked is not a substitute for medical or nutritional advice. You own the meal plans and shopping lists you generate; we don’t claim copyright over your output.

Service availability

Stokked is provided “as is.” We aim for high uptime but can’t promise it. The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or because something we depend on is having a bad day. Family sync and AI Chef need an internet connection; the shopping list itself works offline and syncs when you’re back online.

Intellectual property

The Stokked app, the Stokked name, the icon, and the website are ours. The data you create inside Stokked is yours. By using the AI Chef, you give us permission to send your prompts to our inference provider purely so we can return a reply — see the Privacy Policy for details.

Termination

You can stop using Stokked at any time by deleting your account. We may suspend or close your account if you break these terms or do something that puts the service or other users at risk.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Stokked is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection law in your country.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any dispute that can’t be resolved by talking to us at info@stokked.ai goes to the courts of Sweden, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your country says otherwise.
