Common questions

How do I cancel my Stokked Plus subscription?

Subscriptions are billed by Apple, so cancellation lives in your Apple ID settings: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Stokked → Cancel Subscription. You'll keep access until the end of the current billing period.

How do I delete my account?

Open the Stokked app → Settings tab → Delete Account. Deletion is immediate and irreversible. If you can't sign in, email info@stokked.ai and we'll do it for you.

How do I export my data?

Settings tab → Export Data. You'll get a JSON file with everything we hold on you.

How do I invite my family?

Family tab → tap the family you want to add to → Invite. You'll get a link to share. Each family member needs their own Stokked account.

The AI Chef gave me a strange recipe.

The AI is a tool, not a chef. Treat its suggestions as starting points, not gospel — especially around allergens and food-safety details. If you spot consistently bad output, tell us at info@stokked.ai with an example.

I'm having trouble with the family sync.

Real-time sync needs an internet connection. Lists work offline and sync when you're back online. If changes seem stuck, force-quit the app (swipe up from the bottom and flick Stokked away) and reopen.
